You will need a power source. You can use a laptop adapter like I do here.

A fret saw handle will be our foam cutter's handle. And some lenght of electric cable is also needed.

Some lenght of resistant wire is also needed. Resistance wire of a broken heater can be used.

I used a wooden stirrer to make the wire holders.

Stirrers fixed in their places.

Resistant wire fixed to the wooden stirrers.

One end of the cable is attached to the power source.

Using isolation tape will be safe.

The other end of the cable is attached to each ends of the resistance wire.

Foam cutter is ready to use.
